Terms and Conditions for Scholarship
Application:
- Eligibility
Criteria:
- Applicants must be Indian
Citizen.
- Applicants must
demonstrate financial need for his/her educational requirements.
- Application
Process:
- Complete all sections of
the application form truthfully and accurately.
- Submit all required
supporting documents by via email whenever required by NGO.
- Incomplete applications
will not be considered.
- Scholarship
Award:
- The scholarship amount will
be up to 10000 based on available budget for current FY.
- Awards are contingent upon
available funding and the decision of the selection committee.
- The scholarship is not
transferable and must be used for educational expenses only.
- Selection
Process:
- Applications will be
reviewed by a selection committee of BSA NGO.
- Selection criteria may
include academic achievement, financial need, personal statement, and
letters of recommendation.
- Notification
and Acceptance:
- Selected applicants will
be notified via email.
- Scholarship recipients
must accept the award within 15 days of date mentioned in notification.
- Conditions
of Scholarship:
- Maintain full-time enrolment
status throughout the academic year.
- Notify BSA NGO of any
changes in enrolment status or financial circumstances that may affect
eligibility.
- Renewal
and Termination:
- Scholarships may be
renewed annually based on academic performance and continued financial
need.
- BSA NGO reserves the right
to terminate or suspend a scholarship if recipients fail to meet the
conditions outlined herein or engage in misconduct.
- Appeals:
- Applicants may appeal
decisions regarding their application within 15 days of notification.
- Appeals must be submitted
in writing to info@basicshikshango.com
.
- Privacy
Policy:
- Personal information
provided in the application will be used solely for the purpose of
assessing eligibility and administering the scholarship program.
- By submitting an
application, applicants consent to the use of their personal information
as described herein.
- Disclaimers:
- BSA NGO reserves the right
to modify or cancel the scholarship program at any time without prior
notice.
- Decisions of the selection
committee are final and not subject to appeal.

छात्रवृत्ति आवेदन के लिए नियम और शर्तें:
1.पात्रता मानदंड:
·
आवेदक भारतीय नागरिक होना चाहिए।
·
आवेदकों को अपनी शैक्षिक आवश्यकताओं के लिए वित्तीय आवश्यकता प्रदर्शित करनी होगी।
2.आवेदन प्रक्रिया:
·
सभी अनुभागों को पूरा करें आवेदन पत्र सत्य और सटीक रूप से।
·
सभी आवश्यक सहायक दस्तावेज एनजीओ द्वारा मांगे जाने पर ईमेल के माध्यम से जमा करें।
·
अधूरे आवेदनों पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
3. छात्रवृत्ति पुरस्कार:
· चालू वित्त वर्ष के लिए उपलब्ध बजट के आधार पर छात्रवृत्ति राशि 10000 तक होगी।
·
पुरस्कार उपलब्ध धन और चयन समिति के निर्णय पर निर्भर हैं।
·
छात्रवृत्ति हस्तांतरणीय नहीं है और इसका उपयोग केवल शैक्षिक खर्चों के लिए किया जाना चाहिए।
4. चयन प्रक्रिया:
·
आवेदनों की समीक्षा बीएसए एनजीओ की चयन समिति द्वारा की जाएगी।
·
चयन मानदंड इसमें शैक्षणिक उपलब्धि,
वित्तीय आवश्यकता,
व्यक्तिगत विवरण और अनुशंसा पत्र शामिल हो सकते हैं।
5. अधिसूचना और स्वीकृति:
·
चयनित आवेदकों को ईमेल के माध्यम से सूचित किया जाएगा।
·
छात्रवृत्ति प्राप्तकर्ताओं को अधिसूचना में उल्लिखित तिथि के
15 दिनों के भीतर पुरस्कार स्वीकार करना होगा।
6. शर्तें छात्रवृत्ति की राशि:
·
पूरे शैक्षणिक वर्ष में पूर्णकालिक नामांकन स्थिति बनाए रखें।
·
नामांकन स्थिति या वित्तीय परिस्थितियों में किसी भी बदलाव के बारे में बीएसए एनजीओ को सूचित करें जो पात्रता को प्रभावित कर सकता है।
7. नवीनीकरण और समाप्ति:
·
शैक्षणिक प्रदर्शन
/ निरंतर
वित्तीय आवश्यकता के आधार पर छात्रवृत्ति को सालाना नवीनीकृत किया जा सकता है।
·
यदि प्राप्तकर्ता यहां उल्लिखित शर्तों को पूरा करने में विफल रहते हैं या कदाचार में संलग्न होते हैं तो बीएसए एनजीओ छात्रवृत्ति को समाप्त करने या निलंबित करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।
8. अपील:
·
आवेदक अधिसूचना के
15 दिनों के भीतर अपने आवेदन के संबंध में निर्णय के खिलाफ अपील कर सकते हैं।
·

पर लिखित रूप में प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए।
9. गोपनीयता नीति:
·
आवेदन में प्रदान की गई व्यक्तिगत जानकारी का उपयोग केवल पात्रता का आकलन करने और छात्रवृत्ति कार्यक्रम को संचालित करने के उद्देश्य से किया जाएगा।
·
आवेदन जमा करके,
आवेदक सहमति देते हैं उनकी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी का उपयोग जैसा कि यहां बताया गया है।
10. अस्वीकरण:
·
बीएसए एनजीओ बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के किसी भी समय छात्रवृत्ति कार्यक्रम को संशोधित करने या रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।
·
चयन समिति के निर्णय अंतिम हैं और अपील के अधीन नहीं हैं।
इसे सबमिट करके आवेदन करते समय,
आवेदक स्वीकार करते हैं कि उन्होंने ऊपर उल्लिखित नियमों और शर्तों को पढ़ लिया है,
समझ लिया है और उनका पालन करने के लिए सहमत हैं।
