Basic Shiksha Foundation, operating under the registered society Basic Shiksha Academy – Reforming Minds (Regd. Society No. S-2029).

Sathi BS Foundation is the public-facing educational and awareness initiative of Basic Shiksha Foundation. They should not be understood as two separate, unrelated organizations.

Basic Shiksha Academy – Reforming Minds is the registered legal entity with Registration/Society Number S-2029. Applicable legal, banking, donation, grant, compliance, and MOU-related activities are carried out through this registered entity.

Sathi BS Foundation should be understood as a public-facing educational initiative/brand. Where a legal entity is required, the relevant activities are carried out through the registered legal entity Basic Shiksha Academy – Reforming Minds (Regd. Society No. S-2029).

The main objective is to provide students with education-related support, scholarship opportunities, awareness, guidance, and learning opportunities, while encouraging them to continue their education and build a better future.

No. Scholarships are one of the Foundation’s educational initiatives. It may also conduct awareness activities, student support programs, educational programs, school-connect activities, provide learning resources and guidance, and undertake other education-focused initiatives.

Eligibility may vary depending on the program. Different initiatives may include students from school level to technical and graduation levels.

No. Our objective is not limited to financial assistance. Along with education, providing awareness, guidance, motivation, opportunities, and the necessary support to help students progress is also important.

The legal and applicable activities of the public-facing initiative Sathi BS Foundation / Basic Shiksha Foundation are carried out through the registered legal entity Basic Shiksha Academy – Reforming Minds, Registered Society No. S-2029.

The Society is registered Under Society Registration Act XXI of 1860, Reg. No.  S-2029 / Distt. North -East / 2021 on Dated: 09-04-2021

Parents can independently verify the authenticity and registration details of the Foundation through official Government platforms. The Foundation’s registration details can be checked on the Government of India’s NGO Darpan portal. Parents can also verify the Foundation’s registration/association details with NITI Aayog through the relevant official records.

We encourage parents to verify these details directly through official Government websites for complete transparency and confidence before participating in any Foundation program.

No. No individual is authorized to collect money on behalf of the Foundation through their personal bank account, personal UPI ID, or any other personal payment method. If anyone demands or collects any amount in their personal bank account or UPI in the name of the Foundation, such a transaction is unauthorized and illegal.

The Foundation accepts payments/donations only through its officially authorized payment platforms and official channels. We do not accept any cash transaction or cash donation.

Parents, students, members, and donors are advised to make payments only through the Foundation’s official payment channels. If anyone asks for money through a personal account, UPI, cash, or any unofficial channel while claiming to represent the Foundation, please treat it as unauthorized and report it to the Foundation immediately.

Yes. To protect parents, students, and the public from fraud or misrepresentation, please note that all official calls and messages from the Foundation will be made only through the authorized official number: 8448478164.

If you receive any call, WhatsApp message, SMS, or other communication claiming to represent the Foundation from any number other than 8448478164, please consider it unauthorized/fake and do not share any personal information, OTP, banking details, or make any payment.
